Every product page lists capacity, height and diameter under "Dimensions & capacity", and the third photograph shows the piece held in a hand for scale. Plates are sold by size: quarter (about 18 cm), half (about 22 cm) and full or dinner (about 27 cm).

Each product page says, piece by piece, under "Care" - microwave, dishwasher, oven and freezer. Wash before first use. Avoid sudden changes of temperature - a mug straight from the fridge into boiling water, or a hot plate onto a wet counter - which is what cracks ceramic. Never put a piece on a flame or a hob.

Each product page states it under "Material & glaze". Decorative pieces, such as some vases, are marked as not for food. If you are unsure about a piece, message us before you buy.

Close, but not identical - and that is the point. Every piece is glazed by hand, so speckle falls differently, glaze pools a little deeper in some places than others, and no two pieces of a set are twins. A clearly different glaze from the one you ordered is a mistake, and we put it right.

Film the unboxing, and send us the video within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the piece, or refund it if that glaze has sold out - and you do not post the broken pieces back.

Delivery is free on every order, whatever it comes to. Enter your pincode on any product page for a delivery date before you order. Cash on delivery is available across most of our network for ₹49 handling, and we may confirm it on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Yes - 3 days from delivery. We arrange the pickup ourselves, so there is no courier to hunt down and no return shipping to pay, and we refund within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us. Start a return from the order in your account. Pieces must be unused and in their original packing. Anything made or customised to order cannot come back, and that is stated on the product before you buy.

UPI, cards and net banking through Cashfree - or cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details. There is no permanent strike-through MRP on this site, and any discount is genuinely time-bound.
