Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order — not when the page says thank you, and not when a payment is authorised.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was plainly wrong, if the delivery address cannot be served, or where we have reason to think an order is not genuine. If we decline one, anything already paid is refunded in full.

All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST. Nothing is added on top at checkout: no tax line, and no delivery charge.

Cash on delivery adds ₹49 handling, shown as its own line before you confirm.

There is no permanent struck-through MRP on this site. Where a discount is time-bound, it genuinely ends when it says it does. We can change a price at any time, but never on an order we have already confirmed.

UPI, cards and net banking are handled by our payment gateway. Your card and UPI details go to them directly — we never see or store them. Cash on delivery is available where the courier supports it for your pincode.

We may ask you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order on WhatsApp or by phone before we dispatch it. If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, the amount stays due.

Delivery is free on every order, and delivery dates shown for your pincode are the courier’s estimates rather than guarantees. The detail — coverage, dispatch times, failed deliveries, parcels damaged in transit — is in the shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

3 days from delivery to return or exchange, we arrange the pickup, and refunds are issued within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us. Cancellation is free any time before dispatch.

Hand-glazed ceramics vary from piece to piece - in speckle, in how the glaze pools, in the exact line of a rim - and that variation is not a defect. What counts as variation and what counts as a fault is explained there too.

Your WhatsApp number is your account, and the one-time code sent to it is how we know it is you. Keep that number and that phone in your own hands: anything ordered through a code delivered to your number is treated as ordered by you.

Tell us straight away if you lose control of the number and we will suspend the account.

The photographs, the written descriptions, the wordmark and the layouts on this site are ours. Read them, share a link, send a page to a friend. Do not scrape the catalogue, resell the images, or pass our product copy off as your own.

Reviews and photographs you send us stay yours; posting them here gives us permission to show them on the product page and nothing more.

We are responsible for the goods being what we described, of satisfactory quality, and delivered. Where something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the value of the order — we are not liable for indirect losses, such as an occasion missed because a courier ran late.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Those rights sit above these terms and we would not try to write around them.

We update these terms occasionally, and the date at the foot of this page is when they last changed. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Khurja, Distt Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
